2 Minute Word Quiz

Your table in Microsoft Word spans four pages.  You would like to have the row of column headings at the top of the table show at the top of every page.  You would like to reproduce the formatting of the heading text too.  You need to:
(a) make the correct selection in the Table Wizard.
(b) use 2 keystrokes to place the headings on as many pages as you need (even if you add more).
