The best way to get
your presentation running is to:
(a) click Slide Show | View
Show.
(b) use one single keystroke on your keyboard.
(c) click the View Show icon.
Audiences love to have
something to take away from a meeting.
They also like to make notes during the presentations. A nice set
of handouts of your PowerPoint presentation would make you look good.
To make up a set of handouts you would:
(a) make a nice bulleted list
in a Word document that explains each slide and make the document
available for each participant.
(b) ask PowerPoint nicely to
print out the handouts for you.
(c) supply a pad of lined
paper and a pencil to each participant in case they want to make notes.
You have created a kiosk
presentation of 6 slides. You have inserted some background music
on to the first slide but the music quits when the show moves to slide
two. You can play the music tracks on all slides by:
(a) inserting it onto every
slide in the show.
(b) use the Custom Animation
controls.
(c) play the sound in Media
Player outside of your PowerPoint show.
You want your corporate
logo or product image on every slide in your show. You can do this
easily by:
(a) visiting each slide and
using Insert | Picture | From file in the PowerPoint menu.
(b) modifying something
called the Slide Master.
(c) inserting the image
onto the first slide in your show and then use copy and paste to put it
on every slide. |
